Hi! I’m Kortni, an experienced educator and instructional coach with a passion for helping students succeed. Since 2019, I’ve worked with elementary and middle school students in both classroom and small-group settings, supporting them in reading, writing, and math. I specialize in making learning clear, engaging, and confidence-building. As a tutor, I focus on creating a learning environment that is supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs. I always end with a short recap and actionable next steps, so students leave knowing exactly what they’ve learned and how to keep improving.

As an instructional coach and educator with years of classroom experience, I understand how to balance patience with high expectations. I also bring in real-world examples and strategies to help students see the why behind what they’re learning.
