About Hazel
My journey in programming began with curiosity about how small logical steps can build complex, functional systems. I earned a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Information Technology, which provided both theoretical understanding and practical software development experience. Over 10 years, I have guided learners of all levels, helping them develop technical competence, problem-solving skills, and project-building confidence.
I teach with clarity, patience, and adaptability, blending structured explanations, interactive exercises, real-world examples, and iterative feedback. Many learners initially find algorithmic thinking or debugging challenging, so I provide stepwise guidance and hands-on practice to ensure mastery. Lessons are tailored to individual learning styles, goals, and pacing, helping learners develop confidence and independence.
Beyond the classroom, I explore programming frameworks, personal projects, and emerging technologies to enrich lessons with contemporary insights. Witnessing students evolve from uncertainty to competence, developing logical thinking, creativity, and independent problem-solving skills, is deeply rewarding.
