About Ivy
My fascination with programming began with realizing that logical sequences and structured code can solve real-world challenges efficiently. I completed a B.Tech in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Software Engineering, which strengthened my expertise in software design, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques. Over 10 years of teaching, I have helped learners of various levels build confidence, technical knowledge, and independent thinking.
I emphasize clarity, structure, and active engagement in lessons. Students benefit from step-by-step instructions, hands-on projects, interactive exercises, and conceptual discussions. I encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and reflective practice, fostering both comprehension and independence.

My lessons cover Python, Java, C++, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and problem-solving strategies, combining conceptual understanding with hands-on practice. I emphasize experimentation, debugging, and project-based learning to cultivate confidence, analytical thinking, and coding competence. Each session integrates step-by-step guidance, real-world applications, and reflective exercises, encouraging learners to reason through problems independently and understand the "why" behind their code.
Lesson plans are customized to the student’s experience. Beginners explore fundamental syntax, control flow, loops, conditions, and basic functions with patient guidance. Intermediate learners develop structured programming, modular design, and algorithmic thinking. Advanced learners tackle optimization, API development, full-scale projects, and real-world applications of software solutions.
