About Apo
Hey dear programming candidates! This is Apo, a part-time tutor in Algonquin College, and a full-time Localization Tester in Keywords Studios, Ottawa and a software developer holding a degree with 3.95/4.0 GPA currently working on freelance full-stack web development projects.
I have worked, and I am still working closely with people from all over the world and from various age groups, so that I can understand (At least try to understand) everybody's point of view, and act accordingly.
I have tutored over 10 students in Algonquin, and made them all pass their courses with all positive feedback. However, my ultimate goal here is to make you actually love computing, so that you will not need a tutor anymore because you will continue learning all by your own!

Being knowledgeable in the field and psychology, I'm a kind of tutor that's always patient with a student since I know how awful having an aggressive teacher is!
So, as my typical plan before everything I like to understand what the current knowledge of my tutee is as well as what their expectations are.
Thus, I can follow a specific plan for each of my tutees rather than teaching with boring, boilerplate methods! In overall, my main purpose is to make you love programming and make you be able to gain the knowledge by your own by coaching you.
Everybody who wants to love computer programming is welcome, no matter whether you're in a degree program, want to work on a specific project, or simply enthusiastic about getting into this amazing field!

Details
I like using the first free session as a getting know, and creating a plan together with my tutees. As long as you're serious about learning, that session can be more than 1 hour if needed.
Sorry that I don't prefer offering 'lesson packs' since I don't want tutoring to turn into a trade. I'm doing this as a hobby, and I need to sacrifice time from my primary income sources, so that's also why I need to be paid.
