About Lena
I am a programming tutor with 12 years of experience and a PhD in Software Engineering. My journey began with a strong interest in how software systems are built and how logic can solve real-world problems. Over the years, I have helped many students develop strong coding foundations and confidence. My goal is to make programming simple, practical, and enjoyable for every learner.
My teaching style is structured, patient, and adaptable. I break down complex coding concepts into simple steps so students can understand easily. I use real-world examples, guided exercises, and problem-solving methods to support learning. I also adjust my lessons based on each student’s needs and pace, ensuring steady progress. Helping students build confidence and logical thinking is always my focus.
Outside teaching, I enjoy working on programming projects and exploring new technologies. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. I feel proud when students gain confidence and begin coding independently. Supporting their growth and helping them build strong programming skills is something I truly value, and I remain dedicated to guiding them with patience, clarity, and encouragement.

My lessons create a supportive and engaging environment where learners feel comfortable experimenting and improving.
