About Robert
As a project manager I was responsible for the delivery of engineered solutions from concept through to handover. These projects were usually in the $5 to $7 million dollar range. As such I was responsible for all the personnel working for me as well as being responsible to the client who had purchased the engineered solution from me. As such I had to ensure that everyone in my team knew what was required of them and I was responsible to ensure that there was a clear two-way flow of information between all parties.
I was also responsible for tracking progress and capture any changes in both the timeline and the cost.
