I would prefer traditional method of teaching instead of taking innovative and creative ideas.
The reason behind my teaching strategy is simple I would handle different kind of students .One may be a topper .One may be an artist.Another may say strictly no to studies.So ,I must handle each one .Probably traditional methodology of tutoring is fine.
