About Tumi
I am a huge fan of Narrative Therapy as both a counselor and a former client. This form of therapy empowers the client, thereby changing the mindset of victim to one in charge of the narrative. I'm a continuous student - which means I'm constantly learning and applying myself to grow personally and become a more informed counselor/therapist for clients. I am an experienced trauma counselor, therapist, life coach, health and wellness assistant and I teach positive thinking.

My teaching methodology is Narrative Therapy. Narrative therapy is quite a powerful tool. It is a style of that helps people become and embrace being an expert in their own lives. In narrative therapy, there is an emphasis on the theories we develop and carry through our lives.
