About Anna
I am a graduate who is passionate about opening the doors for normalcy around the topic of Mental Health. MH is an integral part of this generation, however some parts of the world still shuns it and deem it taboo. I want to break the glass ceiling and show people that it is ok to embrace it.

I teach based on personal experiences, case studies and multiple examples. Learning theories can be dry and I understand. Therefore, I will make the lessons fun, interactive, and dry-free for the students. Questions and always encouraged as it is a great way to learn. Who knows, I might even learn a few things from the students themselves.
