About Tegan
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, where I am developing a strong understanding of performance, motivation, and mental resilience. My academic journey, combined with real-world experience, allows me to support students with both theoretical knowledge and practical insight.
I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and believe that with the right guidance, every student can build confidence in their abilities.

My approach is flexible, student-centred, and tailored to individual learning styles. I work closely with each student to understand how they learn best and adapt my teaching accordingly. I break down complex psychological theories into clear, relatable concepts and encourage active engagement through questions and real-life examples.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, though this can be adjusted to suit individual needs. I have a strong academic background in psychology. My lessons are suitable for GCSE, A-level, and introductory undergraduate students, as well as adult learners with an interest in psychology.
