About Ashley
Parenting four children with ADHD inspired me to pursue my degree in psychology. I graduated from Capella University, which helped me deepen my understanding of how the brain works. Over 13 years of parenting have taught me patience, adaptability, and the power of emotional regulation. I’m passionate about helping others learn to work with their brains—not against them—while building the life skills, confidence, and balance they need to thrive.

I teach people how to manage emotions, build self-awareness, and develop practical life skills that improve relationships, decision-making, and daily coping. My goal is to help others stay grounded, confident, and capable, no matter what life brings. As an expert in emotional regulation and mindset growth, I help others work with their brains—not against them—to stay grounded, confident, and capable in life.
