About Kelsey
Hi! I have a degree in Linguistics and Psychology and a Postgraduate degree in Psychology. I have taken counselling courses as well as courses around personal development and positive thinking. I practice what I preach and am on my own personal development journey as well too. I recently did a Vipassana 10-day silent retreat which teaches and gives one tools to understand pain and suffering vs. joy and happiness.
