About Shaina
Hi, I have been coaching, mentoring and teaching children for 10 years now. I am in my second year of university studying Psychology BSc. I have also done group and one-to-one tuition for children who have concentration issues, learning and physical difficulties.

I tend to teach primary school and first few years of secondary school. For psychology and sociology I am able to teach at A level standard. My teaching methods vary based on the child or group dynamics. I tend to teach in an interactive fun way. This helps the children understand as well as enjoy the subject being taught. The lessons start with a short activity to recap over the last lesson and then a structured individual basis lesson.

Shaina is a very good tutor!!! We had attended school together and I was very jealous of her organisational skills and attitude towards learning. I asked for help in certain areas I felt I was lacking and Shaina was able to reassure me well that I can do my work. She is flexible in working around you and is able to find ways to make learning exciting so you don't feel it being as monotonous as it can get sometimes. This is someone who would be a great tutor to others and I recommend her highly!
