About Anna
I am a 2nd year student studying psychology at university. I have been a youth club leader for 7 years and have a youth leadership award. I have found and taught many methods to help reduce stress caused by school, social and personal life.

My teaching method is a student centred approach, allowing the student to have an active role in the learning process. This is an especially effective method when learning stress management as everyone has different triggers which would need to established personally. I base my teaching on guided learning.
