About Cara
My name is Cara. I live in Los Angeles but am from NYC. I have a BA in English & Psychology from Vassar College and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University. I am a remote Psychotherapist & mom of two teenagers! I also have a dog. cat, tortoise & guinea pig!

My lessons are for children & adults of ALL ages. In addition to a Ph.D., I have a BA in English, specializing in creative writing. I am a published journal author and love writing as a form of self-expression. I am authentic, open, non-judgmental and easy to talk to! I will help you achieve your writing goals.
