My lessons are aimed at improving leadership skills of a person being it in the office, at school including both educators and scholars, and ofcourse outside life as well( family, peers etc). I am a very patient person as I understand we all differ according to how we consume our learning skills being it in any subjects. During my lessons, I like to first describe the core value of our subject topic followed by its principles, steps and regulations to be taken in order for students to have a clear perspective of what they are dealing with but of course we don't do it by rush or in one day, I make sure we go through the topic accordingly step by step not moving forward without making sure the students understand what is being taught and ofcourse this is judged by their performance when given an assessment
