About Aprajita
I am from Assam, situated in the North-eastern part of India. I have a Diploma in Food Production from Goa. I have more than 5 years of working experience in the Hospitality, Entrepreneurship & Skill Development sector.
I have recently moved to Adelaide from India to pursue my second Masters in International Hospitality Management. I have completed my first Masters in Commerce in 2017 after which I did my Diploma in Food Production. I ventured into Entrepreneurship by opening a Japanese restaurant in Assam, India in 2018 and since then have done many projects as a food consultant and menu developer.
I have also been a tutor on various online and offline platforms for subjects like English, Personality Development, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality Management.
I have a keen interest in studying the cuisines, ingredients, its history and how food can play an important role in influencing the cultural and political dynamics. I can guarantee a fun-filled, knowledgeable and interactive session with me as a culinary tutor.

My approach includes both practical and theory approaches.You will get an insight on the cuisine and the ingredients used, a little bit of history of the cuisine of the region you aim to gain knowledge of.
The classes can be around but not limited to the following cuisines - Indian, Italian, Asian and European.
The classes can also be designed as per the requirements and demands of the students.
