I know Sushma personally for the past 5 years and she is a warm, enthusiastic and caring person. When I was in college she used to sing for our gang, for which she has got so many appreciations. I still remember one occasion that particularly depicts her teaching skills and knowledge in music. When we participated in a group song competition, she was the one who taught us the song. Though most of us come from a non-musical background, she managed to teach us the song patiently. From that experience, I would give her five stars for her as a music teacher.

She always emphasize about the importance of practise and disciplined approach of learning music. She is very ascertive about the core in learning. She attends the students individually and make sure that each of us are getting proper guidance. Teacher always tells us to put something of our own into everything we do and she is very particular about the detailing. Her idea of perfection really helps me to rectify my mistakes.
