About Iris
I have over six years of experience teaching Python to university students, coding bootcamp participants, and working professionals. My Python lessons are designed to help students master both foundational and advanced programming skills through an engaging, hands-on approach. Each session includes clear explanations, coding exercises, and step-by-step problem-solving. I also provide real-time feedback to correct errors and reinforce understanding, making sure each student progresses with confidence. I focus on key areas such as Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures, both essential for building scalable, efficient programmes. These topics are taught using practical examples, real-world case studies, and short projects. Students learn how to design classes, manage inheritance, and implement stacks, queues, linked lists, and more—all crucial for academic and career success. Assignments and exam preparation are integral parts of my lessons. I offer support with debugging, understanding complex questions, and preparing for practical exams. I also teach students how to write clean, readable code and follow best practices so that they perform well in both coursework and interviews.
