About Thibault
I have been teaching for 10 years and offering coaching sessions for 8 years. I have had the opportunity to support a wide range of students (high achievers seeking better performance, students preparing for competitive exams or the baccalauréat), from middle school to the third year of university. In total, I have guided more than 250 students for a year or more, all of whom achieved significant results. My diverse experiences have allowed me to understand each student’s needs, identify their strengths, and activate their levers of motivation and performance. These are skills that I naturally put at the service of every student I support. My international experience, along with my academic journey (up to the doctoral level) and my passion for performance and efficiency techniques, have helped me develop effective learning methods that make my students’ progress smoother and faster.

Academic Support – Middle School / High School / University (including specific preparation for Brevet and Baccalauréat) Focus: self-confidence, practice, and study methods – Daily supervision – Guaranteed results. We also prepare high school students for exams or the next academic year with our intensive revision weeks! Please read the announcement carefully before contacting me. I am a private teacher and coach in scientific subjects and academic guidance, with 10 years of experience. Together with my colleagues Thibault and Boris, I have developed a personalized support method. We work full-time with many students, ensuring an average improvement of at least +4 points in their grades. Our team includes 6 specialized teachers dedicated to supporting our students. “In math, it’s not enough to understand – you have to practice a lot!” What truly helps students progress is repeated practice to build automatisms. The main difficulty is not only understanding the lesson but also staying motivated and having daily guidance to integrate methods effectively, with rigor and consistency. In addition to private lessons, we offer daily remote support based on three strengths: A clear framework and routine – We help the student plan their weekly work and provide exercises, corrections, and lesson materials. Availability at any time – The student can always contact their teacher for a quick tip, a hint for an exercise, or a short explanation. Motivation and encouragement – We ensure the student sees weekly progress and maintains high motivation throughout the program. How our support works: After an initial call, the student takes a first lesson with their tutor to assess their situation, mindset, and areas of improvement (gaps, missing methods, lack of rigor, careless mistakes). Based on this assessment, the tutor recommends a personalized program combining private lessons and daily coaching. Daily coaching focuses on training in real test conditions: working alone, without notes, under time limits. The student sends us their completed paper, and the same day we provide: a fully written correction, feedback on their work, and a grade. The student then immediately learns from their mistakes and redoes the exercise perfectly. Repetition builds confidence and automatisms. Through this method, students: never get stuck on test questions again, improve time management, develop rigorous writing, and reduce careless mistakes. Alongside practice, each coach also provides private lessons or coaching calls to share study tips, review progress, and set new goals. This approach guarantees quick results: on average, students gain +4 points in less than 6 months (see testimonials). Many students go from an 11–12 average to 16+ in just a few months. Parents also have real-time access to their child’s study plan and progress (grades, exercises completed, methods acquired). Examples of results: Student, Terminale S – scored 18.5/20 in Maths at the Bac. Student, Terminale ES – improved by 8 points in one year. Intensive Summer Courses – Exam & Entrance Prep (2025/2026) Our intensive revision weeks are designed to: Consolidate knowledge, Reinforce weak points, Prepare students for Brevet, Baccalauréat, or entrance exams. Program: 1–2 hours of lessons per day, with exercises to complete before the next class. Focus on problem-solving methods, reviewing key formulas, and strengthening core concepts. Tutor available all week for questions outside class hours. These summer courses allow students to fill gaps, feel confident for the next school year, and prepare in advance instead of rushing before exams.
