About Kallan
I am an active qualified personal trainer and former amateur swimmer who has been giving lessons/sessions for 2 years and have taught over 100 Students. Although a result is never guaranteed, most clients of mine have lost 2st in the first 2 months.

My teaching methodology is finding a clients weaknesses in fitness and turning them into strengths by motivating them and assessing their limits, I then gradually work on those weaknesses so that they can become the fittest version of themselves. I always work within a client's boundaries and work around injuries and illnesses so that they can be comfortable with the sessions I provide. My speciality in training is mainly weight loss through Sports and nutrition with a high intensity structure. I focus on training that the client would like to do such as indoor or outdoor etc.
