About Victor
I have been training since I was a teenager, now I practice MMA and BODYBUILDING. I love to teach. For me, both HEALTH and BEAUTY of the body are important. I love doing things in the right way and without errors, that is why I took the diploma at CSEN, the school connected with CONI, the most recognized and with a postural approach to exercises. I also took an English diploma to be updated internationally and continue to learn every day from my students!

Ho conosciuto Victor tramite una mia amica, ho fatto lezioni su Skype con lui, l ho fatto per 4 mesi ed è stato divertentissimo! É stato attento e paziente, mi ha sempre dato la carica in ogni momento, mi ha aiutato molto con i vari esercizi tra glutei, addominali e dorsali, quelli che più mi servivano... E finalmente sto vedendo i risultati che prima non vedevo con altri allenatori.
