About Omolayo
I am an English Language and Literature teacher, having obtained my B.A. Ed. (English) from Obafemi Awolowo University. I have been teaching for over four years now and I have taught a number of students who have always scored a minimum of B in their English exams. I possess much advanced grammar and writing skills as I also work as the Head of Editorials at Penditors.

For my lessons, I focus on secondary school students as well as grammar and phonology courses for undergraduates. I also take editorial classes for aspiring writers and editors/proofreaders
My teaching method is always learner-centred. The student is the purpose for the lesson and must be able to leave the class only after achieving their learning goal. To achieve this, I combine a variety of teaching methods that focus on the need of individual student and their ability to achieve each lesson objective.
I further ensure that I make each topic relatable for the student and encourage their maximum participation. After all, the best way to learn a language is to engage it.
I am very patient with students and mainly help them discover knowledge in the most satisfying way, by themselves! Knowledge is all around you, you just have to be observant and thoughtful to acknowledge it.
