About Joel
My name is Joel, and I have been teaching since 2013. I have taught in several countries to a wide-range of learners. I love helping people achieve their goals in English. My journey as an educator has allowed me to work with a broad spectrum of learners, each with their unique backgrounds and motivations.

I started teaching English in 2012, and have a 2:1 (Hons) degree in English Language in Literature from the University of Leicester and a PGCE in English from Newman University. My lessons are fun, interactive, and goal-focused; I have experience in teaching for examinations, or for general English purposes.
My lessons vary in length according to what you need, but I would recommend an hour, which includes setting and discussing homework.
My lessons are ideal for children or adults. If it's for children, we will focus on materials they are learning at school so that I can support them in developing their skills and confidence in English. If it is for adults with EAL, we will use the Oxford English File textbooks (orn alternative of your choice) to help you reach your personal goals in English.
I have lots of experience teaching online or in-person, both to children and adults. Please let me know which you prefer when you get in touch.
