I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAP with more than three years of Big 4 audit experience. My professional background has given me strong practical exposure to Financial Accounting, IFRS and Auditing.
I enjoy simplifying complex concepts and connecting theory with real-world application. My goal is to help students build a clear understanding of IFRS and ISAs for both examinations and professional practice.

My lessons are designed to make Financial Accounting, IFRS and Auditing easier to understand by connecting technical concepts with practical, real-world examples.
I focus on building a strong understanding of the underlying concepts rather than simply memorizing standards. For IFRS, we will work through the accounting treatment, journal entries, financial statement impact and practical application of the relevant standards. For Auditing, I explain ISAs through practical audit scenarios, including risk assessment, audit procedures, substantive testing, controls, audit evidence and reporting.
A typical lesson begins with an explanation of the concept or standard, followed by practical examples and questions to test your understanding. The lesson can also be tailored around specific topics, assignments, exams or areas where you need additional support.
What sets my teaching apart is my ability to combine technical knowledge with practical experience from Big 4 audit engagements. I aim to explain complex accounting and auditing concepts in simple, logical terms and show how they are actually applied in professional practice.
My lessons are suitable for accounting and finance students, professional qualification students, university students, and anyone looking to improve their understanding of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
