About Kavitta
I am a qualified Dentist with an MBA, bringing a strong academic foundation and a disciplined, structured approach to teaching. I believe that every child can do well in Math when concepts are explained clearly and patiently, without pressure or rote memorization. My teaching focuses on understanding rather than memorizing, using age-appropriate explanations and practical examples to help students build confidence and think logically. I adapt each lesson to the child’s pace and learning capacity, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment. I teach primary school students aged 6 to 12, helping them strengthen fundamentals, improve problem-solving skills, and develop confidence in Math. I am professional, punctual, and committed to providing a positive learning experience that parents can trust.

I believe in helping students understand concepts rather than memorise formulas. My teaching approach focuses on using relevant, real-life examples and step-by-step explanations so children can grasp the “why” behind Maths, not just the answers. This builds confidence and long-term learning instead of rote learning.
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s learning pace and capacity. I pay close attention to how the child responds and adjust the lesson length and teaching style accordingly, ensuring they stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed.
