About Thembi
I am pursuing a career in education. I am doing my final year in B.Ed specializing in Economics and English, and I also hold a TEFL certificate. I chose education because I believe that we can do a lot with the knowledge we have gathered at school to change our lives. I have 1 year of experience in teaching learners from ages 13 to 20 years old. This experience has taught me that learners are different and they learn differently, which is why I always encourage my students to ask for assistance, study, and practice what they have learned in class to be able to understand it better.

I believe that the best way to learn a language is through conversations and reading, I use these methods to improve both spoken and written communications of a student. I also focus on elements that make a language understandable, which are; grammar and spelling to name a few. For other subjects such as Economics, Business Studies, and Economics and Management Sciences(EMS) I use everyday life activities because it is much easier to understand the content.
