About Tashmika
I am a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who has always been passionate about the teaching profession. I believe that as an educator, I can learn as much from my students as they can learn from me. The learning process is a lifelong process; thus, an educator can learn from their students as well, which can improve strategies and allow for flexibility and fluidity in lessons.

I believe that students have differing needs and motivations for learning English; hence the methodology and strategies in teaching will differ from student to student.
