I have known Janica for the past couple of years and had the pleasure of teaching alongside her!
Janica is a very caring, kind and nurturing teacher. She teaches with her heart and is very professional in the teaching field.

Janica always prepared thoroughly for every lesson. She paid close attention to students’ learning differences by preparing worksheets and learning materials of varying difficulty levels to cater to individual needs. For more capable students, she provided additional exercises and challenges that allowed them to further develop their abilities and tackle higher-level questions. For students who needed more support, she adopted different teaching approaches and methods to help them understand concepts more easily and build confidence in their learning.

Apart from her strong teaching abilities, Janica is a kind, caring, and approachable person. She is well loved by her students, who appreciate her patience and encouragement. She also maintains excellent relationships with colleagues, and many enjoy working with her because of her friendly and cooperative nature.

Overall, I have no hesitation in saying that Janica is an excellent teacher who would be a valuable asset to any school or educational institution. I strongly recommend her for any position she pursues.

I worked with Janica as one of her TAs. During our time together, she was an Early Years teacher who created a warm, positive, and engaging environment for children to learn and develop.
