About Shummi
I am a qualified I.T teacher, passionate dedicated to teaching life skills like planning and creativity. I will utilise my knowledge, skills and experiences to help students to think beyond the classroom, know themselves and transfer and apply their skills confidently and effectively.
I have experience teaching English and Math to Early Years and Primary students so I will not be updated with the current GCSE curriculum. Therefore, I believe it's best I focus on teaching younger children. Additionally, I can teach adults basic I.T such as know how to use a phone or laptop and MS office.

Since 2011 I've taught English and I.T to students aged 3 to 19. Specialising in phonics and EAL learners and IELTS preparation. Using differentiated student-centred methods, I mentor students to achieve their goals—one now pursuing a master's in accountancy in the UK.
