I've had the pleasure of working with Melissa twice: as a co-tutor on a program for the underprivileged and she was the client liaison officer on an audit project I was on.

She is such a gentle, kind, and generous person who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She was already giving of her personal time for the tutoring program, but beyond tutoring the children, she also gave them two copies of award-winning, best-selling authors from her own personal library of books each because she believes in people receiving the best education possible. I was shocked, to say the least, yet it seemed a normal thing to her. Personal time, personal quality books, no remuneration - that is how passionate and dedicated a teacher she is.

Having been in an administrative position myself before, the care and gentle temperament with which she'd handle clients was outstanding. Some were rude and uncooperative, but she always remained calm and responded to them with such grace. Even when she was feeling under the weather, she'd still produce quality work and was never behind. There was never a moment where she couldn't answer a question that was posed to her because she's that diligent and conscientious.

I have no doubt that she is a great addition to the Superprof community and will be a blessing to whomever shall have the privilege to be tutored by her.
