My background: I have 10+ years of experience tutoring adults, teens and young children, and am employed as a Curriculum Leader in Maths in a mixed comprehensive. I am an Examiner for two exam boards, have written for and contributed to Oxford, Cambridge and RSA exams as well as the Times Educational Supplement. I am also a Professional Development Lead with NCETM (National Centre for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics). Me as a teacher: I know that maths does not come easily to many people and have a growth mindset mentality to help you get to where you'd like to! We can always try an initial session and figure out a plan going forwards tailored to your requirements. I tutor from home and online via Zoom or MS Teams. We can arrange to have tutoring sessions at your home also.

Gurpreet is an amazing tutor, she has an incredible way of getting people to have that lightbulb moment and it just clicks!

Gurpreet has been a fantastic tutor for my son who was struggling with his maths GCSE. The way that she explains concepts it just amazing. My son really gets on with her. She is very down to earth and caring. Her organisation is exceptional and she issues relevant homework based on in class learning.
Having worked at the same school with Gurpreet, she very knowledgeable, patient and good at explaining. She is very calm, encouraging and cares about her students that she teaches.
