About Dmitrii
I spent several years working in an international NGO and traveling the world as a volunteer. A few years ago, I settled in Asia and started my career as a teacher. I have been teaching mathematics for over two years at an international school here. Additionally, this year I have completed my PGCE in Secondary Mathematics. My background is in Computer Science

As a teacher, I aim to explain every topic using real-life situations or hands-on activities, where possible. I usually start my lessons with brainteasers to encourage the retrieval of previously learned knowledge, out-of-the-box thinking and some fun! I tend to focus on one topic, and the biggest part of the lesson is dedicated to guided and individual practice to help "automate" your skills. I have been teaching both secondary (middle school) and sixth form (high school) students across various curricula (Key Stage 3,0607 International Mathematics, and IB DP Analysis and Approaches), so I can adjust lessons to your needs!
