About Shauna
Hi, I’m Shauna
I’m a qualified mental health nurse with experience supporting children, and I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence and feel good about themselves.
I offer gentle, supportive 1:1 confidence sessions for children aged 5–12, focusing on:
building self-esteem
managing worries and anxious thoughts
encouraging children to express themselves
developing social confidence

My sessions are calm, friendly, and tailored to each child’s needs. I create a safe space where children can feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow in confidence at their own pace.
I understand that every child is different, and I work closely with parents to make sure sessions are helpful and positive.
I am currently offering online sessions and local sessions (Ipswich, Colchester area).
