About Thushitha
I am a highly qualified and experienced tutor with a strong academic and professional background in science. I hold a PhD in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews(UK). As a former Chemistry and Science teacher at a secondary school in the UK, I have extensive experience teaching Science up to GCSE level and Chemistry at A-level. I am passionate about making science engaging and accessible for students of all abilities, and I take pride in helping them build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals. Before I move into teaching I was working as research scientist at University of Liverpool.

I am full aware of students` difficulties, common pattern of their errors. I have got special methods to deal with students difficulties in subjects. In couple of lessons there will be a significant level of boost in students` self-confidence. They will develop `can do attitude`. There will be a observable difference in students` progress in very short period or after couple of lessons.
