About Danny
I have been a qualified Maths teacher for 5 years. Tutoring is an absolute joy as you get to see a more rapid improvement and growth in confidence and I look to focus on this more in the future. I have taught and tutored students of many ages ranging from primary school; entrance examination right up to preparation for university and each student has shown great reward from my help.

As an one to one tutor I believe it is important to establish the students strengths and areas for improvement and tailor lessons towards their needs. Nearly all the time I find students struggle with Mathematics due to a lack of confidence and by making them aware mistakes are a good thing as long as we learn from them and personalised help my tutees establish a more positive mindset helping them tackle more difficult scenarios.
As a qualified teacher my group classes would be more structured identifying common key topics that normally hold students back from achieving key target grades. Again the promotion of making mistakes and learning from them is essential.
