I have worked in education for over 10 years and have several years experience in the industry (I even have my own small food business!).
Whatever your goals from wanting a Food teacher I can help you reach them.
I am patient, kind, motivated and like to see my students succeed so will adapt my lessons to bring out the best in you and ensure you have a deep level of understanding in whatever we are doing so you feel empowered and knowledgeable enough to succeed independently - the sign of a true culinary expert!

Some areas of the current Food GCSE can feel overwhelming and boring. Let me help you achieve your full potential by creating engaging, creative, practical and fun lessons to build your confidence and bring out the best in you.
I can support with all areas of theory taught on the GCSE course and also help develop high level practical skills ready for your practical cookery exam - be it pasta making, portioning chicken, filleting fish, knife skills or other techniques and presentation ideas. I can help you achieve your true potential.
If you are wanting to cook for fun, or to increase your general cooking abilities I can work with you to create a range of healthy, balanced and delicious meals to suit your tastes.
