About Jackie
Hello, my name is Jackie Olivier. I have a Degree in Education from Rhodes University and a TEFL Diploma from i-to-i TEFL in the UK. I have more than 13 years of teaching experience in classrooms and have been teaching English online for the last 18 months. I am a UK citizen but have been living in South Africa.
I love spending time in nature and learning about different cultures and countries. I enjoy travelling and have spent some lovely holidays visiting different European countries. I enjoy art and my spare time is spent being creative and spending time with my family.

My lessons are aimed at being relaxed and fun. I have a variety of themes to choose from, through which my students can learn English, for example: Dinosaurs, Interesting Animals and Space - for younger learners. Older more mature learners can either request a topic based on their interests, or choose one from the list, which will be provided.
