With 10 years experience teaching Science to KS3,4 and 5, and 5 years experience tutoring at KS3 and KS4 level, I offer a personalised and credible approach to teaching Science.
I have a known track record of helping students understand challenging concepts in Chemistry and Biology leading to excellent GCSE outcomes.
Within my tutoring I have a 100% pass rate in Triple Science. And 90% of my students attain a Grade 8 or above.
My typical length of lesson is 60 minutes, and I follow a lesson structure that delivers concepts and allows students adequate time for practice, along with immediate feedback, and exam practice.
I mark home learning and ensure concepts are embedded before moving on to the next topic.
I specialise in helping students in Year 10 and 11 achieve their full potential in a short space of time leading up to their exams. I have developed my own curriculum that supports quick progress in AQA and Edexcel Science.
