About Katy
¡Hola!
I am Katy, a Spanish teacher living in London and I teach online sessions to students of all levels: from beginner to advanced.
My lessons are fun, practical and engaging. I focus on helping you use Spanish in real-life situations as well as building your speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation skills.
My qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and English Languages
- PGCE (Post-Graduate Certificate of Education) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Spanish with French
- Certified TEFL teacher
My experience:
- Secondary school classroom teaching Spanish inc. PGCE year at university
- Primary school experience teaching in UK and Spain
- 1-1 tutoring adults in Spain working towards their Cambridge Advanced English Certificate
About me: I love travelling, nature, skiing, films, reading about different cultures, running, playing piano, yoga and language learning (of course!).
