About Sophie
I am a 27-year-old, non-binary therapist. I enjoy reading in my spare time, especially fantasy novels that I can lose myself in. I am neurodivergent myself which gives me a unique perspective on daily life and provides a supportive and understanding environment for any potential neurodivergent clients. My passion in life is to help others and ultimately that is why I got into my profession, hopefully progressing onto clinical and forensic psychology in the future.

I am a trainee Coaching Psychologist with the University of Leicester. I have been a qualified counsellor for 2 years. I can aid in goal-completion in every aspect of life - whether that is work, home life, relationships with friends and family, neurodivergence, coping with disabilities and many more!
