About Veronica
Hello I'm Veronica,
I work with young people and adults in my capacities as a music facilitator and yoga instructor. Through hard work and dedication I have developed a reputation for delivering classes that go above and beyond the needs and expectations of my clients.
Three words to describe me and my yoga would be;
Creative, Empathic and Rhythmical.
My calm, patient and adaptable character has been an asset to helping others receive the gift of yoga and develop their confident creative flow.
Music has supported me throughout my life as a tool to explore my creativity and express my feelings. Writing lyrics became a therapeutic outlet during my late teens and combined with yoga and meditation, continues to help me manage my mental health and wellbeing.

My yoga teaching focuses on mindful body awareness, breathwork and intention, led by my intuition. I encourage my students to feel into sensations, let go of unhealthy attachments and create space for transformation to occur.
I hold space for deep healing, peace and happiness to manifest whilst building strength, flexibility and discipline in the mind and body.
Class can run for 30 mins, 60 mins, 75 mins and 90 mins.
I have completed 200 hours YTT, 60 hours YinYoga and 30 hours Yoga Nidra training.
I can teach young people and adults and elderly.
