About Melissa
I used to tutor fellow undergraduate university students in biology and neuroscience and still keep in touch with those I've tutored! I also used to teach weekly science lessons to 2nd graders which I loved. I'm very patient and I understand that even though something makes sense to me, it may not make sense to you. Everyone has a different way of learning and I intend to discover yours!

No one likes being confused, and my goal is to make sure the person feels confident in themselves and in the material! I'm flexible and change up my teaching methods to meet the individual's personal learning style. I specialize in science but can teach math to middle school and younger.
