About Maame
I am currently a university engineering student. Math and physics are the language of my degree. I use them every day, so I have a fresh, practical understanding of what it takes to succeed. I recently completed the QCE curriculum myself, which means I understand the pressure, the exam formats, and exactly what your child is going through. I am patient, clear, and committed to helping each student reach their goals.

My teaching approach is centred on active problem-solving and building a strong foundation of understanding. My techniques include:
Starting with the basics: I first work with the student to identify any gaps in their foundational knowledge because a shaky understanding of fundamentals makes everything else harder.
Guided practice & worked examples: We’ll work through problems together. I will guide the student towards the solution using helpful questions and hints. This helps them learn the reasoning process, not just the final answer.
Learning by teaching: A key step is asking the student to explain a solved problem back to me in their own words. If you can teach it, you truly understand it.
Exam technique: We’ll go over past exam papers, focus on time management, and learn how to break down tricky questions.
