My approach to teaching is AIM which is an acronym for Analysing the issue byobserving the students tendencies and performance. This is best done through out loud thinking. Next is Identifying the key problems and area of concerns in behaviour/ attitude as well as performance in academics. Lastly by Mastering the issue at hand through a thorough explanation of concept and developing an understanding of concept then followed by repetition to master it.
