I want to be a math tutor because I have a strong background in education and 4–8 mathematics, and I already teach 6th and 7th grade math. I know how to break things down in a way students understand, and I love seeing their confidence grow. Tutoring gives me the chance to help students one-on-one, strengthen my own teaching skills, and earn extra income while continuing to do what I’m passionate about—helping kids succeed in math.
