I believe in an interactive style of learning over rote practice and memorization. I also believe that a students mistakes are a valuable part of the learning process and can lead to a better understanding of mathematics. My goal is for students to see the big picture and how all of the pieces that they have learned fit and work together.

I worked with him while taking Calc 1 and he was very creative with his explanations. He helped me get an A in calc 1, which I was nervous about taking calc 1 at the start.
