About Beatrice
I started practicing yoga at the age of 18, my body was not well, I was changing but I was not able to accept the transformation. Yoga led me to listen to myself, to expand my inner boundaries and to find my balance.

Yoga is listening, listening to one's body, to the ancient wisdom within it. It is listening to the voice of Mother Earth, of the creatures that inhabit it and of everything that surrounds us.
