About Hannah
I started my journey at university studying Drama in particular Community arts projects for hard to reach communities. I transfered this work to my practice as a Recovery Worker taking a creative approach to my work. I also have taken courses in motivational work and addiction recovery. I have a NVQ Level 3 Health and Socail care amd working towards higher qualifications.

I am Hannah, I am deceiving to most people because of my age. I have battled with mental health issues my entire life, I too have suffered with non substance addiction and fighting daily to over come life's obstacles. I have worked in Substance Misuse for 5 years and found that I quickly aquired the skills to help people move forward with their lives. I am passionate, enthusiatic and empathetic and understand that life is a journey of tiny steps, that we sometimes need someone to support us to take them.
I am a great animal lover and have a respect for all things spiritual. I can also read angel oracle cards within my sessions to help draw on devine guidance. Although I use evidence based techniqies such as Motivation Interviewing, Solution Focussed work, CBT and Mindfulness I enjoy using the Angel cards for something different so if its not for you don't worry I have plenty more tricks up my sleeve!
