About Özlem
Hello, I have been a pilates instructor for 8 years. I am a certified instructor of Balance Body Univercity and Polestar Pilates schools. I worked in various studios. I am currently giving one-on-one reformer lessons in my own boutique salon. I plan personalized lessons based on the student's performance. I am training to lose weight. I give one-on-one reformer lessons in my own boutique salon. Lessons are 50 minutes. I make personalized lesson plans depending on the student's performance. For students who want to lose weight, I add functional training to the lessons, if they do not have any discomfort. Courses are offered to students in grades 8 and 12. Trial lesson is free.
